Reformation Celebration in Carlisle

500 Years Since the Reformation: A Week of Commemoration at St. Paul Lutheran Church

WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 25, 5:15PM: COMMUNITY DINNER AND MOVIE NIGHT

Enjoy a community meal and movie night in Stock Hall. We will offer a movie detailing the life and message of our founder, Martin Luther. Share good food and fellowship, featuring root beer and pretzels.

THURSDAY, OCTOBER 26, 7:30- 9 PM. CARLISLE COMMUNITY CONCERT

Enjoy a night of music and celebration as local church groups come together to perform in a display of unity in the Sanctuary at St. Paul Lutheran Church. This is a free concert.

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 27, 2017 GERMAN FEST FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY

Join us starting at 4:30 pm at the Desperate Times Brewery in Carlisle to enjoy a special beer the brewery has crafted to commemorate the Luthers. You may also choose a meal to go along with your beer, including either German schnitzel ($14.95 by Oct. 23 or $16.95 after this date) or jaeger schnitzel ($15.95 by Oct. 23 or $17.95 after this date). Beer is $5 per glass and can be purchased separately. Desserts, wine, and several non-alcoholic beverages are also available for purchase. Tickets are required (for the meal only) and can be purchased at the St. Paul Welcome Center or by calling the church office at (717) 243- 2319. Tickets may be purchased at the door, subject
to availability.

SUNDAY, OCTOBER 29, 2017 COMMEMORATIVE CHURCH SERVICE & LUNCHEON

Service at 10am and Luncheon at 12pm.

We will hold one service this Sunday for our grand celebration of the Reformation. Local churches and members of the community are invited to worship with us. Please join us for a catered event, immediately following the service, featuring a buffet style meal of German food and desserts. Tickets are required and will be available at the St. Paul Welcome Center or by calling the church office at (717) 243- 2319. A free will offering will be collected.
